Men with Mops was organized in collaboration with Rutgers University's Douglass Developmental Disabilities Center.  President and owner, Don Bennetti coordinated an effort through this small business to allow for an advanced opportunity for individuals within the autism spectrum to gain employment.  Mr. Bennetti's son is an excellent example of an individual who has been constantly acknowledged for his quality of work.  He has been awarded "Employee of the Month," and received continuous praise from his employers for his commitment to his position.  Mr. Bennetti believes it is important to allow people with disabilities the same opportunities that his son has been offered while providing the public with quality of services.
